Our Guarantee
Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. Hence, we earnestly endeavor to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are hand made, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 9am–5pm for businesses, 6pm for residences, hotels, or hospitals, and 2pm for high schools. During major holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery hours extend from 8am–8pm.
Funeral Homes: These orders are our very highest priority. We verify all details directly with the funeral home. If a late order misses the scheduled service, we will promptly notify you and offer to redirect or reschedule as appropriate.
Banner Funeral Arrangements: If a banner is unavailable, we’ll enhance your arrangement by substituting additional blooms to full value.
High Schools: High schools do not accept deliveries for students. Send student gifts to their residence. Place school-related orders early; preferably before 2pm.
Weekend Delivery Policy: We attempt Saturday delivery if Sunday is unavailable. If weekend delivery is not possible, we will reschedule for Monday and notify you in advance, especially for birthdays or anniversaries.
P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. addresses.
If No One is Home: We may leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a safe location. Alternatively, we’ll contact the recipient to reschedule delivery.
Incorrect Addresses: A $10 fee applies for delivery attempts made to incorrect addresses. Floral Lady Design Studio LLC is not liable for errors submitted by the customer.
Canceling an Order: Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed. Call (702) 289-5646 promptly for cancellations or edits.
Recipient May be Contacted: We may reach out to recipients to confirm delivery availability, ensuring safe and timely service.
Request to Leave at Door: By requesting this, customers assume full responsibility. We discourage leaving arrangements unattended due to risks beyond our control.
Recipient Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses the order, the sender may be liable for the full cost.
Card Messages: Messages are delivered as written. Billing details are never included with deliveries.
Taxes & Pricing
- Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
- Most arrangements are available in Regular, Deluxe, and Premium sizes for customization.
Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: Substitutions may be made due to seasonality or availability. We prioritize preserving the arrangement’s shape, color harmony, and style. In single-variety arrangements, flower type takes precedence over color.
Balloons: Mylar balloons may replace latex in hospitals with restrictions.
Plants: When necessary, similar plants of equal or greater value will be substituted. For unique items like orchids, color may vary.
Gift Baskets: Contents may vary by freshness and availability. All substitutions will match or exceed original value.
Special Occasions: To ensure on-time delivery, we may substitute blooms of similar value without prior notice if we’re unable to contact you.
